Depending on the combination of items you order, the order processing time will vary. In order to maintain competitive shipping rates, we ship all similiar items in one shipment. Note: Orders are shipped/delivered only Monday - Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.
In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we may hold the rest of your order until the item is restocked. At which time we will ship your entire order to you in one shipment.
Tracking your Shipment
When your order ships, we will email you a Shipping Confirmation. If tracking service is available, we include the Tracking or Airway Bill number in your Shipping Confirmation email.....

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
We strongly recommend that you return your item via a trackable method.
To return your item(s) please pack then in the original tube or box and include the completed Return Instructions form whcih you will find on the back of the packing list included with your order. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take (e.g. Free Replacement or Refund).
Questions about Shipping & Returns
How will I know when my order ships? When your order ships, we will email you a Shipping Confirmation. If tracking service is available, we will include the TTracking or Airway Bill Number in you Shipping Confirmation email (if you do not receive a tracking or airway bill number, then tracking is not available for your package). Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Monday - Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekend days.
If this is a gift, is the recipient going to see the costs & can I add a gift note? The packing slip does not include any pricing information. The email notifications, however, do reference pricing so if you are sending a gift, we suggest you do not use the recipient's email address.
At this time, we do not offer cift cards or notes that can be inclosed with the shipment, but we do have free e-cards and you can use this service to notify the recipient that the gift is on the way! Simply find the image on our website and click on the "Send E-card notification" link.
How is my order packaged? Rest assured, the quality of your shipment is our priority and the materials we use to package our products reflect this. If your order contains a combination of these items, they will ship spearately in the appropriate packaging, and you will not be charged additional shipping:
- Silk Giclée ™ and Prints - will be rolled with protective wrapping paper and packaged in a cardboard tube.
- Mounted and Framed Items - will be covered with protective wrap and packaged in a durable cardboard box.
- Gift Packaging - at this time we do not offer gift wrapping.
